Product Warranty

We have sufficient confidence in our Fire Extinguishers to provide each one with a warranty from the date of manufacture.

The warranty periods include 5 years for the Norfolk Range and 10 years for the P50 Range.

This means that if any extinguisher becomes defective within the warranty period due to manufacturing faults and workmanship, at our discretion upon inspection, we will repair or replace. This is provided that the extinguisher is recorded on our database and has been installed, maintained and refilled following our manufacturer’s instructions using Britannia spare parts. This warranty does not cover defects caused by environmental conditions, damage, misuse or neglect.
