The Britannia Range has been in production for over 35 years, with its industry-recognised robust colour coded, zinc alloy headcap and large neck ring, designed by Founder Roger Carr. 

The BM9 has a patented balance valve fitted within the headcap to ensure maximum discharge of contents. The Monnex powder is non-conductive and will extinguish Class B (flammable liquids) and Class C (flammable gas) fires, it is the most common powder to use offshore due to its fast knock-down rate. The BM9 is certified to BSI Kitemark, UKCA, EN3 and PED.
