Britannia Fire Limited is an independent producer of fire extinguishers that started manufacturing fire extinguishers in Ashwellthorpe, near Norwich in the 1970’s.

The business is now under the control of Roger Carr, the founder of the company, after some years as part of a major UK fire service company.

The company has accreditation to the highest standards and is monitored on a regular basis by independent quality organisations.

We have established a strong presence in the UK and export offshore, petrochemical and marine markets with our Norfolk range of wheeled powder and foam extinguishers and the Britannia range of marine fire extinguishers.

Product development has always been at the heart of the company, keeping pace with customer requirements and using the latest production techniques . Our own fire ground, which is available for outside use, allows us to test new products.
